📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using tools like Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline processes.
• Ensure the security and integrity of business applications through regular audits and updates.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT and healthcare technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on business applications.
• Proven experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
