📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create and manage social media content for our properties using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Support the marketing team in developing and maintaining our website and online presence
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Assist in the coordination of events and promotions for our properties
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
