In this role, you will perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and other aesthetic services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to their specific requirements. Our spa uses the latest beauty equipment, such as LED light therapy devices, microcurrent machines, and professional-grade skincare products.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and aesthetic services.
- Consult with clients to understand their skin concerns and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques through continuous learning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel relaxed and comfortable during their treatments.
- Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of beauty supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Face Therapist or Beauty Therapist.
- Professional certification in beauty therapy, such as a Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of facial treatments, waxing, and other aesthetic services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Familiarity with using LED light therapy devices, microcurrent machines, and other professional beauty equipment.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in the beauty industry.
