📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assemble and inspect plastic products according to quality standards
• Operate and maintain assembly machines and equipment
• Sort, organize, and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Update and maintain production records and reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles
• Familiarity with assembly line operations and quality control processes
• Good understanding of plastic manufacturing processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 20 kg
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
