📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC systems.
• Program and configure Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLCs for various assembly line applications.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of electrical systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to integrate electrical solutions into assembly line processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical components and systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC technology and electrical engineering.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC programming and electrical systems maintenance.
• Proficiency in Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLC programming.
• Certification in electrical safety and standards (e.g., NEMA, IEC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of automotive assembly line processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical testing and measurement tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
