Operational Resort Director

Join UWSUN Eco Resort as our Operational Resort Director and lead the day-to-day operations of a premier eco-friendly destination in Bali. As the Operational Resort Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. With a strong background in hospitality and a passion for eco-friendly practices, you will play a crucial role in maintaining UWSUN Eco Resort's reputation as a leader in sustainable tourism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
• Manage front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest inquiries, and reservations.
• Supervise housekeeping services, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as environmental sustainability practices.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure the resort meets its financial and operational targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in resort or hotel operations, with a proven track record in managing daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Siriux, or similar.
• Certification in environmental sustainability or eco-friendly practices is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passionate about sustainable tourism and environmental stewardship.
