📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop manufacturing fixtures using CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Conduct tests on manufacturing fixtures to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fixture designs into the manufacturing process.
• Analyze test data and provide recommendations for fixture improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of fixture designs, tests, and maintenance.

• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing fixture design and testing.
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
