🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic innovation and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing innovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
