🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the leasing or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving branch performance.
• Strong knowledge of leasing and financial services, including risk management and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
