📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the inventory management system, using tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and disposal of obsolete parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
• Work with the production team to identify and address any inventory-related bottlenecks.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards for stored parts.
• Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions and generate reports as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant inventory management certifications is a plus.
