As an Incentive Tour Operation Specialist, you'll manage all aspects of incentive travel programs from initial planning through execution. Your daily tasks will include negotiating with hotels and suppliers, coordinating transportation, arranging entertainment, and ensuring all participants receive exceptional service. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality travel experiences.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Plan and coordinate complex incentive tours and corporate events across Indonesia
- Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and other suppliers to secure the best rates and services
- Manage budgets and ensure all programs stay within financial parameters
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for groups of 50+ participants
- Arrange entertainment and activities that align with clients' objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor and report on program performance and participant feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in incentive travel
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in incentive travel or event management
- Proven track record of managing complex travel programs
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with travel management systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
