📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across our global network.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Lever to streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and facilitate onsite interviews in Bali.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Proven experience using recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Lever.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
