Using industry-standard tools like the Hilton Housekeeping Management System (HHMS), you'll manage your daily tasks efficiently, from room inspections to laundry coordination. This role offers a dynamic environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact our guests' experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance according to established protocols.
• Inspect rooms for damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Manage and coordinate laundry services to ensure timely delivery of clean linens.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Utilize the Hilton Housekeeping Management System (HHMS) to track and manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with the Hilton Housekeeping Management System (HHMS) or similar software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
