• Oversee and coordinate export cargo operations at Surabaya Airport.
• Manage and update cargo documentation using SAP and Excel.
• Schedule and track shipments with international airlines and shipping companies.
• Negotiate rates and contracts to ensure cost-effective cargo handling.
• Maintain detailed records and reports for operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cargo sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Provide support to the sales team in meeting customer requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cargo operations or sales.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with cargo handling software such as CargoWise or similar.
• Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
