📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized financial planning and insurance solutions to clients
• Assess clients' financial needs and develop tailored strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to deliver expert advice
• Utilize AXA Mandiri's proprietary tools and software for policy management and client tracking
• Conduct market research and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for clients
• Educate clients on financial products and services to empower them to make informed decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service delivery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advisory or insurance sales
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
