As a Merchandiser & Mandarin Speaker Assistant, you will be at the heart of the operations, working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the procurement and distribution of materials, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the products and services provided.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement and distribution of materials for garment manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to meet client requirements and market demands.
• Use SAP and other ERP systems to manage inventory, orders, and supplier relationships.
• Conduct regular site visits to suppliers and manufacturers to monitor production and quality control.
• Leverage Mandarin language skills to facilitate communication between the Indonesian and Chinese teams.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, procurement, or a related field in the garment industry.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the garment manufacturing process and industry standards.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and ability to work in Indonesia.
