📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting customers with their purchases and providing product information.
• Maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.
• Ensuring the store is well-stocked and products are displayed attractively.
• Handling cash transactions and processing returns or exchanges.
• Promoting sales and special offers to customers.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Following company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
