📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service offerings.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
