Sumber Gilang Kebab is looking for a Senior Inventory Staff to join our team in Binjai. We are a fast-growing kebab restaurant chain, and we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for food service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records,Ensure timely restocking of inventory to meet daily operational needs,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy,Work closely with the purchasing team to negotiate and secure the best prices for inventory items,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management systems and procedures,Provide training and support to junior inventory staff,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with food service industry is a plus,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
