📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure all arrangements are made on time and within budget.,Supervise and train junior banquet staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.,Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional response.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote and advertise upcoming events.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
