📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive merchant growth and increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets and achieve their goals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and operations.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of merchant acquisition and retention strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
