📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
