Data Go Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Assist in implementing new store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
