📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
