Resto Putri Kitchen is seeking a Lead HR Manager to oversee all HR functions and ensure the company's workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with the organization's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.,Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.,Oversee employee performance management, including appraisals and development plans.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage HR policies and procedures, including benefits and compensation.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
