📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.,Handle departmental budgeting and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR and office management software.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic organization.
