📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train a team of store staff,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to management,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock counts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using retail management software,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
