📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in designing and delivering HR training programs using SAP SuccessFactors and other learning management systems.
• Support the HR team in creating and implementing employee development plans.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify training needs and gaps.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to gather feedback on training programs.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and other training sessions.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR projects as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Basic understanding of employee development and training methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Availability to work full-time during the internship period.
