📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead small groups of tourists through Bali's iconic landmarks and hidden gems.
- Create and deliver engaging tour itineraries that highlight Bali's culture, history, and natural beauty.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of tour participants, providing exceptional customer service.
- Promote and sell tours to potential clients, both locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with the Five Pillar Foundation team to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth tour operations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adaptability in various tour scenarios.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and industry best practices.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving tour experiences and services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a tour guide or in a related role in the tourism industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with a good understanding of Indonesian.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Bali's culture, history, and geography, as well as its local customs and traditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transporting tour groups.
- First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for Bali and a passion for sharing its beauty and culture with others.
