📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT issues,Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and networks,Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software,Ensuring the security and backup of IT systems and data,Assisting in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Documenting IT processes and procedures,Providing training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools,Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g.PythonJavaC++)Familiarity with common IT tools and software (e.g.Microsoft OfficeAdobe Suite)Experience with ITIL framework is a plusCertification in IT support or a related field is a plus
