📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on distribution performance and suggest improvements.
• Oversee the work of distribution staff and provide guidance and support.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to distribution and logistics.
