As a Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for setting up and managing banquet events, assisting with food and beverage service, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the setup and preparation of banquet events, including table decorations, equipment setup, and food presentation.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist with food and beverage service during banquet events, including plating food, refilling drinks, and maintaining cleanliness.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth operation of events and adherence to schedules.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including banquet halls and kitchens.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of banquet areas after events.,Stay updated on menu items and specials to provide accurate information to guests.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with food and beverage service is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
