DRIFT Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Tutor to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our tutors in delivering high-quality education to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lesson plans and materials,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to tutors,Help create a positive and engaging learning environment,Assist in organizing and conducting assessments and exams,Support students with any additional learning needs or challenges,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions,Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a teaching or tutoring role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Passionate about education and committed to student success,Willingness to travel and work in a remote location,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification
