Handle outbound calls to promote our products and services,Provide information about our products and services to potential customers,Follow up on leads to ensure they are contacted and followed up on,Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions,Achieve sales targets and quotas,Provide excellent customer service and support,Work in a team environment and support colleagues as needed,Adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service,Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,Friendly and approachable attitude,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must,Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services quickly
