PT Kartika Usaha is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. This role is crucial in supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring smooth logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management or related fields, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing the supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.,Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock levels, reorder points, and supplier information.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods to meet production and customer demands.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure smooth operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics-related role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, with English proficiency a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
