📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations, and that all staff are trained and compliant.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, and ensure that the restaurant maintains a high standard of quality.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses and revenue, and ensure that the restaurant operates profitably.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong background in food and beverage management.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage regulations and health and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,A passion for food and hospitality, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
