📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting in-depth market research to understand the job market trends and client requirements.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices.
  • Monitoring and evaluating recruitment metrics to ensure the success of recruitment campaigns.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the local and international job market, particularly in Bali.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for travel and a willingness to relocate to Bali.
