📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best value for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and manage supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze purchase reports and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
