MERIDIAN Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire purchasing process from requisition to payment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using purchasing software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
