📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information and recommendations,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized retail space,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Stock merchandise and ensure proper inventory management,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets,Assist in training new employees and maintaining store standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment (preferred but not required),Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
