Indonesia Rubber is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Tutor in delivering high-quality education and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education or a related field, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning, organizing, and delivering educational programs and workshops.,Support the development and implementation of training materials and resources.,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students and trainees.,Mentor and guide students and trainees to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of educational activities.,Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in education or training.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with educational software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in education or training are a plus.
