📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for the roles.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
